My frequent travels to China were documented with a pinhole camera utilizing film and a deep desire to interpret my cultural experiences. Primarily traveling in Indigenous areas, I kept my digital footpath nonexistent, allowing me to create a collaborative art experience with my subjects. Through rudimentary sign language and preprinted promo pieces (instant art that was gifted to my subjects) I was allowed to capture culture in a state of authenticity.
