Carny - State Fair of Texas

The State Fair of Texas is one of the largest and longest running fairs in the United States, and conducted by ordinary and traveling workers named Carnies. My studio was right across the street, resulting in a day pass to visit the fair, get to know the ride operators, and hear their stories. These are the visual reactions and interpretations of their experiences on Fair Day.
